The formal terms follow.

These terms govern your use of the website and tools (“the Service”) provided by (operator name not yet configured) (“we”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

1. The Service provides browser-based editors that help you write control specifications — a system diagram editor, an address map editor, a timing chart editor and a flowchart editor — together with the pages around them.
2. The Service is free of charge. Running costs are covered by advertising revenue and by voluntary support from users.
3. Your data is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to our servers (the contact form is the only exception). Saving and backing up your work is your responsibility.

2. What you may not do

1. Anything unlawful or contrary to public order and morals
2. Infringing our rights or those of a third party, including copyright and trade marks
3. Interfering with the operation of the Service — excessive automated access, exploiting vulnerabilities, sending malformed requests
4. Copying or modifying the Service and redistributing it as if it were ours
5. Causing advertisements to be displayed or clicked fraudulently
6. Using the contact form for harassment or bulk commercial messages
7. Anything else we reasonably judge to be inappropriate

3. Disclaimers

1. The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it fits a particular purpose, that it produces the result you expect, or that it will be free of interruption or error.
2. The drawings, tables and code the Service produces are drafts. Verify them yourself before applying them to real machinery, control programs or safety functions. We accept no liability for any loss arising from design, construction or operation based on that output.
3. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service — including data loss, lost profit and business interruption.
4. We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Service.

4. Copyright

1. Copyright in the programs, screens, text and figures that make up the Service belongs to us.
2. Whatever you create with the Service — your data and its output, such as drawings, tables and generated code — belongs to you. No permission from us is needed, including for commercial specifications.
3. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Service's programs without our prior consent.

5. What you send us

Messages sent through the contact form or by e-mail are used to reply to you and to improve the Service. We may use the substance of a message, with anything identifying you removed, in our development notes or public change log. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Support (donations)

The Service may accept voluntary support from users. There is no reward, benefit or refund in return for support. Supporting does not change the features available to you. Payments are handled by an external payment provider (Stripe); we never receive your card details.

7. Changes, interruption and discontinuation

1. We may change the Service or suspend it without prior notice.
2. The Service may be suspended in whole or in part when:
   • maintenance or updates are carried out;
   • fire, power failure, natural disaster or network failure makes provision impracticable;
   • the hosting provider or another external service is unavailable;
   • any other unavoidable operational reason arises.
3. If we discontinue the Service we will announce it on this site in advance where possible.

8. Amendments

We may amend these terms when necessary. The amended terms take effect when published on this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising in connection with the Service.

For consumers resident in the EU/EEA, this clause does not limit the rights or the fora guaranteed by the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
