This site offers a set of tools for control-system design work, developed and published by one individual. It is run by a private individual rather than a company, and enquiries are handled solely through the e-mail address below.

Costs and support

All of the tools are free to use, and no account is required. The domain and hosting costs are covered by advertising revenue and by voluntary support from people who use the tools.

Support is a donation towards continued development, not a purchase of goods or services. Nothing is provided in return. The features available to you are the same whether you support the project or not.

The amounts are those shown on the support screen (¥300 / ¥1,000 / ¥3,000 / a custom amount)
Payment happens on Stripe's own pages — your card details never pass through this site
As support is a donation, refunds are not normally available. If you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice, please contact me within 14 days of the payment and I will refund it

Enquiries

Bug reports and feature requests are always welcome. I aim to reply within a few days, and within one week at the latest. Steps to reproduce the problem, together with the browser you use, make it considerably quicker to investigate.

Handling of your data

The four editors run entirely in your browser. What you draw and the names you type are stored only on your own device. They are never sent to my servers, so I am unable to obtain or read them (the contact form is the only exception).
